Speed up Your Net Connection

1. At first Click on the start manue

2. click run

3.Type gpedit.msc

4.select item by following picture

5.Click QOS packet schuduler limit reserveable bandwidth

6.Configure it to disable.

Now it you can enjoy full speed net connection.But it was reserved by windows xp.
